How it works

Step 1

The free check

We ask AI assistants the questions your customers actually ask. Things like “who’s the best [your service] near [your city]” or “recommend a [your service] in [your area] that does [specific thing].”

We run these across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, then send you a plain-English report: which questions you appear for, which you don’t, who’s appearing instead, and whether the information about you is accurate.

There’s no cost and no obligation. Plenty of businesses read the report and handle it themselves.

Step 2

The fix

If you want us to fix it, here’s the work:

  • Structured data markup.

Machine-readable code describing your business — services, location, hours, pricing, service area, credentials. This is the single biggest factor in whether AI systems can describe you accurately.

  • Content restructuring.

Prices trapped in images, hours in a graphic, services described in marketing language — we move all of it into clear text.

  • An llms.txt file.

A plain-text summary at your site’s root written specifically for AI systems.

  • Structured FAQs.

Real questions your customers ask, formatted so AI systems can lift the answers directly.

  • Listing consistency.

AI cross-references directories and review sites. Conflicting information anywhere makes systems less confident recommending you.

Most projects take one to two weeks. We need access to your website — or we can work with whoever manages it.

Step 3

The proof

We re-run the exact same questions from the free check and send a before-and-after comparison.

What we don’t do

We don’t do general SEO, social media, ads, or website redesigns. We do one thing.

We also can’t guarantee a specific ranking or placement. Nobody can — AI systems change constantly and no one controls their output. What we control is whether your business is accurately readable by them. That’s the difference between being a candidate for recommendation and not being one at all.
